International Conference “Advancements of Microbiology 2025” – a unique opportunity for the UW Community!
Advancements of Microbiology 2025 is a prestigious international symposium and conference on April 7–9, 2025, in Warsaw (and online). Leading scientists worldwide will present groundbreaking discoveries and discuss key challenges in modern microbiology.

The conference will feature a pre-conference symposium for young researchers (April 7) and two lectures and thematic sessions (April 8–9).
More than 25 world-class keynote speakers (including Prof. Andres Floto, Prof. Jörg Vogel, Prof. Jan Potempa) will present the latest discoveries in the most rapidly developing areas of microbiology.
